We're sorry! This event is no longer selling tickets in advance. Check below for more information.
Like many other non-profits today, we have faced unprecedented economic challenges and non-refundable expenses since we have been unable to hold any of our 2020 events due to Covid. Accordingly, we would sincerely appreciate your help to support the festival in the form of a donation. These donations are tax deductible and to show our appreciation for your genorosity we are going to 'reserve' a ticket for the 2021 festival (held Sunday, October 3, 2021).
By donating - you're helping impact our local community in three ways. First, it truly helps us in a very challenging year. Second, we select a local non profit charity to benefit each year and we do not want 2020 to be an exception. We plan to donate 10% of the proceeds from this fundraiser to Giving Kitchen. Giving Kitchen provides emergency assistance to food service workers in times of needs. Our donation will be earmarked to support those in need - right here in Roswell. Finally, our goal has always been to support our local businesses since they are struggling as well. We will be hosting a drawing to give away an assortment of gift cards to local Roswell businesses among all those who donate. This is our way of supporting our partners who are instrumental in putting on the event. All those who make a donation as part of this campaign will be entered into the gift card drawing.
Here are a few important things to note:
Donations will open up on Wednesday, September 2nd at 12 noon.
Donations can be made at the following levels and associated benefits:
IMPORTANT: These are not tickets to the 2021 wine festival. You are making a donation and we are simply earmarking a ticket for you for next year's festival. In early July 2021, you will receive a unique, one time use code that you can use to purchase your actual ticket(s).
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I am unable to use my code because I am not able to attend the event or do not feel comfortable due to Covid-19?
Just like any other non profit donation, these contributions are non refundable. If you choose, you can share your code with a family member, friend, etc.
What happens if there is no festival in 2021?
Let's all hope this does not occur, but in the unlikely event that it were to happen, we will transfer the benefit to 2022 (Festival Date 10/2/22).
What will ticket prices be in 2021?
Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to finalize 2021 ticket prices at this point. We may need to make minor or significant changes to the event due to health safety measures related to Covid-19. We are likely to incur additional expenses for personal protective equipment for staff, volunteers, and even guests. With that said, ticket prices should be around $55-$65 for general admission tickets and $100-$115 for VIP tickets.
Am I going to need to buy my 2021 tickets right when they go on sale to the general public?
You will have a full month to use your code and purchase your reserved ticket (July 2021). You will receive an email notification and reminders about claiming your reserved ticket once the pre-reserved ticketing window is open.
