Doors at 5pm, we recommend arriving at 5pm to get seated and dinner started so when the music begins you can enjoy the show without distraction.

Rosemary Short Rib Pot Roast served over sautéed spinach, garlic and herb mashed potatoes, topped with rosemary gravy and fried onions,
Salmon Puttanesca Grilled Atlantic salmon, garlic whipped mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, puttanesca sauce,
Shrimp and Grits Stone ground yellow grits smothered in a roasted red pepper and sherry cream sauce with sautéed Gulf shrimp, fresh herbs and scallions,
Georgia Pecan Crusted Chicken Baked mac and cheese, sautéed green beans with toasted almonds, and a side of maple honey mustard
Course 3: Choice of Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding or Key Lime Pie
