Classes are 2 hours long and held in Carmella's (aka Melina) kitchen in Durham.
Each class is limited 10-12 participants.
All classes are hands-on. We have a collection of traditional pasta making tools from Italy from the Matterello rolling pins to the “Pettine” or looms for making Garganelli and special pasta rolling boards. We will make a variety of shapes like farfalle, corzetti, fettuccine as well as ravioli in our Pasta 101 Class.
We eat what we make!
All participants receive a Melina’s Fresh Pasta Recipe Book to take home.
