Important:
When you purchase tickets, they can only be used on that day.
So, if you buy a ticket for Friday, it’s only good for Friday.
Once a ticket is scanned it becomes void. So, you can’t share a used ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable. There are several days and tickets to choose from so before you buy the ticket, make sure you have the right Day and make sure you select Adult or Child ages 2-10 yrs old.
Competing Gymnasts do not need to purchase a ticket, they are free for the whole event. If your competing gymnast comes another day, they do not need to pay but they must be on the Beast Of The East roster. Accompanying parents must buy another ticket.

When you purchase tickets, they will go to your email. Make sure you use an email that you can access from your phone. You can either print or show your ticket via your phone.
Leave plenty of time to get to the venue and check the weather report.
Park in Parking Lot A: This parking lot is to the right when you pull into RWJ Barnabas Arena.
Enter Door 12 - Gate B: You will enter the building into Door 12 also known as Gate B
Please have your phone out showing your tickets you purchased on Freshtix ready to be scanned. Arena opens at 7:30 a.m.
Gymnasts Arrival Time: Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before your gymnast’s report time. We provide chalk but gymnasts can bring their own chalk if they want.
Only gymnasts who are competing in that session can be on the floor with their team.
Scores: How do I view athlete scores at Beast Of The East 2024?
You will have to download the LiveMeet App by searching for SportzSoft Solutions Inc. Find it in the App Store or Google Play.
After downloading the app, you will create an account.
1) Open the app and choose “FIND A MEET”.
2) Search by CLUB (Freehold Elite Gymnastics) or by STATE (New Jersey) and look for Beast Of The East 2024.
